Loxley Primary School have named their new school and community building Loxley Lodge. It is a welcome change to the existing school environment and will provide a new space for not just the school to benefit from but also the local community.
The school and the local council worked closely with The Garden Escape to create a building that met all the possible needs of everyone involved. This then created a stylish timber framed garden room.
The Garden Escape won the tender for the building at Loxley based on the quality of our buildings.
The Building has a sedum roof, instantaneous water heating complete with Kitchenette and DDA document M compliant Toilet and Wash room facility, as well as A-rated Air Source heating.
The governors are also very pleased with the new Loxley Lodge and hope that it will be very useful to the school and also the local community.
